Anna von Reitz’ “Bare Bones” Of Research Does Not Provide Proof – Evidence For Her Claims And Statements

Seriously folks, the “bare bones” of Anna’s research and the subsequent writings would have “bare bones” sources and “bare bones” facts that are verifiable, and also references, documents, proof – evidence. A book documenting the “bare bones” research facts would have footnotes for all the “bare bones” “facts” the author is said to have found. In Anna’s case, as an author and writer, there are little to no facts (as stated) presented which are verifiable and provable. If you can not verify  and prove the “facts”, they are not facts. It appears that most all of what Anna states and claims are her “bare bones” opinions, speculations and ideas. So to sum it up, Anna von Reitz’ “bare bones” research and the resulting supposed “bare bones” facts are not supported with sources, references, documents, proof – evidence that would verify and prove Anna’s statements and claims.

When a source is provided (Anna is very limited on source/s), the source does not support the supposed “fact/s) that Anna claims and states. This is true of all of Anna’s writings which are posted on her writings website (http://annavonreitz.com/). And , it is true of her book, “You Know Something Is Wrong When….An American Affidavit of Probable Cause”

Anna says, “Read the affidavit and do your own due diligence to research the facts before you come to me with any ASSumptions”

When Anna is asked for sources, references, documents, proof – evidence, sometimes she provides  words that she recommends to use to search for the source/s. Anna’s search words do not lead to the requested source/s and proof – evidence. Anna will say you are lazy, poor at research and even claim you are a troll or government agent to avoid providing anything that would verify and prove her claims and statements.

Anna, in her recent statement has provided a way out (an escape) for the need to  provide the sources, references, documents, proof – evidence from her “bare bones” research and resulting “bare bones” supposed facts as follows:

“…My job here is to present you with the facts. Of course, I often add my own reasoning or opinion about the facts and you are welcome to disagree. That said, I have work to do and a life to lead. I am not available to consult about individual court cases unless they present sweeping public interest issues that impact all of us. I am also not here to argue with you about anything. If you have verifiable facts bring them forward; if not, there is no point in ranting at me as if I created this mess or am responsible for anyone else’s inaction. 

I am not your public servant. 
I am not offering to “represent” you in any manner whatsoever apart from the fact that I am one of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and whatever good I do for myself in my own behalf also accrues to all those others who are “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” by Maxim of Law and the requirements of our Organic Law which provides equal protection.

I am not an Oathkeeper nor Oath Breaker, either. I do my best to say yes or no and claim nothing more. I am not a guru, Angel, devil, lawyer, etc., etc., I am a Great-grandma from Big Lake, Alaska, who can read and think like millions of other Americans and for whatever reasons– mostly a 17 year-long battle with the IRS–I decided to research the mess this country is in and how we got here.

Anna von Reitz’ Makes Claims With No Proof Evidence & No Source. Surprise!(“The Second Summit — British Government Gratitude Explained”)

Anna claims:

“Now, the international bankers are trying to foist off another Great Fraud. They are trying to claim that we are “stateless” and that we no longer have any “currency in international circulation” and that all our land, etc., is “abandoned property”—- ripe for the Secondary Creditors of the bankrupt IMF franchise doing business as the UNITED STATES, INC., to come in here and steal everything in sight.”

Anna provides no source, no references, no documentation, no proof evidence for the claim/s.

Question: How could we ever prove what Anna claims?   Answer: With no source and no proof – evidence you cannot prove what Anna has claimed is true.

Anna von Reitz Provides No Evidence, 1999 – Bankruptcy of United States Of America (settled – discharged) and 2015 UNITED STATES INC (bankrupt, insolvent, liquidation)

In a recent writing called: “Trusts or No Trusts – How they should work, and where they came from “(http://annavonreitz.com/trusts.pdf) by Anna von Reitz, Anna has done it again, making statements and claims about US government bankruptcies without providing source/s, references, documentation, proof – evidence for her claims.

Examples of Anna’s claims with no proof:

1.) “1999, the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Inc., is finally settled and discharged.”

2.) “2015, the UNITED STATES, INC., is not only bankrupt, but insolvent, and liquidation of the CORPORATION and its assets begins.”

Why doesn’t Anna provide the source/s for her information of US government bankruptcies? Who is feeding Anna the information? How can people believe what Anna says when she provides no proof? How can we the people expect to convince our friends and neighbors of the bankruptcies with no evidence? In any court (including the court of public opinion), evidence is needed to the prove statements and claims. The people who believe what Anna says, without proof – evidence are gullible followers.

Short Review & Critique Of “You Know Something is Wrong When….. An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” by Anna von Reitz

Anna Riezinger (Anna von Reitz of Facebook) has provided us with her ideas, speculations and opinions of history, but has not proven anything with this book (You Know Something is Wrong When…..: An American Affidavit of Probable Cause). At first, I hoped she was right and read the book with an open mind. After reading the book twice, I began to look for references for the statements and claims made in the book, hoping that Anna had done her due diligence. Sadly, the book was not footnoted and although there are appendixes, they do not have the sources, references, documents, proof – evidence that would be needed to prove many of the claims and statements made in the book.

Anna provides a story which really begins with Boniface VIII (1302) and his Papal Bull “Unam Sanctum” in which Anna claims the first and largest Express Trust was established. Anna names three other Papal Bulls on her way to claiming that the Global Estate Trust was established, from the Vatican, under the Roman Catholic Popes, and is the controller and creator of all corporations and all governments and laws on earth. The Papal Bull titles that Anna provides do not mention the claims she makes about the Vatican, the Popes involved and the establishment of what she calls “The Global Trust”.

Sad to say, Anna offers little to no proof for her claims and statements in her book, in her writings and in her Facebook posts, and thereby anyone seeking reliable, and truthful, and provable information on the corrupt federal corporation government and its history will be disappointed.

Beware, Anna has recommended that we the people expatriate from citizenship in the republic of the United States Of America, and become “National” or “A National”, a status outside of Constitutional citizenship, a status and position where the Constitution is trashed. It appears that Anna is an enemy of the Constitution and “We the people”, the ones who said “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” (Preamble of The Constitution).

Anna claims we (we the people) are not citizens and claims that we are “Nationals”. Clearly, Anna appears to be the only source for most if not all of the claims and statements she has written in her book. If Anna does have proof – evidence and sources for her info, she has not shared them and refuses to do so when asked. Anna is dependent on her denial of the need to provide proof evidence. Anna believes that we the people should do our own research and prove that her statements are true and her story correct.

Sadly Anna’s information is unreliable and misleading at best. Anna has done damage to the Freedom, Liberty, Patriot and Restore The Republic movements. She is at best a distraction/diversion, and maybe an operative, leading and misdirecting gullible people into a mess, and maybe into a false flag operation, possibly being accused of and causing TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES (18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 ) to be leveled against her and her followers, those who follow her directives.

Don’t waste your money on Anna’s book. More to come.
